SINGAPORE - More than two years in the making, French restaurant Claudine will finally open its doors at Dempsey Hill on Nov 16.

The restaurant marks a continued partnership between chef-owner Julien Royer of the three-Michelin-starred Odette at National Gallery Singapore and hospitality company The Lo & Behold Group.
