I disagree with the Land Transport Authority's assessment ("LTA: Bus arrival times more accurate now"; July 17).

I live in Jurong West and take bus service 334 regularly. Quite often, I have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for the bus to arrive during the morning peak hour between 6.30am and 7.30am.

Sometimes, two, even three buses arrive at the bus stop at the same time, and the third bus is invariably almost empty.

The operator should observe the buses' time schedule. The problem becomes worse during the school holidays.
