SINGAPORE (Reuters) - Singapore's non-oil domestic exports probably fell year-on-year for a ninth straight month in October, albeit at a slower pace as Western economies recover, according to economists polled by Reuters.
In September, domestic exports fell 1.2 per cent from a year earlier. The median of the poll is for exports to have fallen 0.8 per cent in October, on an annual basis.
On a month-on-month and seasonally adjusted rate, non-oil domestic exports in October probably edged higher in line with a positive purchasing managers' index (PMI) reading.
Trade agency IE Singapore is due to release October's trade and exports data on Monday, Nov 18.
