SINGAPORE - Fresh graduate Gaby Lin did not have the best relationship with her 77-year-old grandmother, whom she lives with, so her friends were surprised when she joined the eldercare sector last year.

But Ms Lin, who works at the Tsao Foundation as a programme executive, enjoys supporting the counsellors who help senior clients process their problems and even picked up some tips, such as how to show love and concern to people you are caring for.
