Four residential sites estimated to yield about 1,800 units will be launched in April under the Government Land Sales programme for the first half of this year, the Housing Board said on Monday.

One executive condominium (EC) site at Anchorvale Crescent and two residential sites at Fernvale Close and Faber Walk will be put up for sale today under the confirmed list.

The fourth site, an EC site at Punggol Central, will be launched on April 29. All four are on the confirmed list.

The HDB said that the tender for the Punggol Central EC site will close on the same day as two other EC sites, one at Punggol Drive and the other at Yuan Ching Road in Jurong, which is July 30.

The tender for the 23,000 sq m Anchorvale Crescent site closes on May 30. The 14,930.5 sq m Fernvale Close site and the 15,125.4 sq m Faber Walk site tenders will close on June 13 and June 18 respectively.
