1 Jewellery and property group Aspial is offering to repurchase notes of up to $15 million in total. It is offering $250,500 per $250,000 together with the applicable accrued interest.

2 The five most active stock warrants this month comprise call warrants from DBS, UOB and OCBC. The three banks have averaged a 2 per cent total return so far this year.

3 Developer Tiong Seng bought back 127,500 of its shares at 22.5 cents each for a total outlay of $28,737.

4 Resources Prima Group's executive chairman and chief executive, Mr Agus Sugiono, was formally served on Tuesday with a notice of arbitration by claimant Tan Kim Sing.

5 Property firm Ho Bee Land bought back 359,400 shares at prices between $2.07 and $2.08 for a total sum of $748, 244.
