HONG KONG (AFP) - Hong Kong stocks were flat by the noon break Friday as weak Chinese inflation data raised concerns about deflation.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index inched up 0.03 per cent, or 6.01 points, to 21,843.13 on turnover of HK$28.74 billion (S$4.62 billion).
