WASHINGTON - Given that the situation relative to China will not drastically change, expect very little change in foreign policy under a new Prime Minister in Japan, Dr Satoru Nagao, Visiting Fellow at the Hudson Institute in Washington DC told ST Asian Insider.

Before Mr Shinzo Abe became Prime Minister, the Pacific and Indian oceans were seen as separate entities, Dr Nagao said.
