SINGAPORE – It has been a fruitful decade for Singapore cycling, but the departure of several veterans with medal-winning experience has left the national body in need of new blood.

Calvin Sim and Luo Yiwei hung up their jerseys after the Phnom Penh SEA Games in May, the latest retirements for the Singapore Cycling Federation (SCF) to deal with.
