A new One Fighting Championship lightweight (70kg) champion emerged at the Singapore Indoor Stadium tonight as Shinya Aoki defeated Kotetsu Boku at the "Kings and Champions" event.

Aoki, a Japanese submission specialist, choked Boku with a rear naked hold 2min 1sec into the second of the five-round fight to end the contest.
