Exercise regimen: I jog about 5km twice weekly.
My schedule as a chef is very heavy so I hit the gym about three times a week in between lunch and dinner services. I usually spend an hour there doing cardio exercises and weights.
Diet: I go for a heavy breakfast and lunch and a light dinner. I try to avoid food after 9pm. I don't take protein shakes but I take plenty of meat for my protein source. I try to have a portion of vegetable and fruit for every meal and avoid food that is too oily.

Exercise regimen: I swim three times weekly for about two hours each session. I also do brisk walking about three times a week around Bedok Reservoir. I used to do dances like zumba, hip hop and belly dancing but I do less of them these days because of a back injury.
Diet: To me, it's most important to have a balanced diet. I use lots of fresh ingredients in my cooking and avoid deep-fried food and cheese. I take just a vegetable soup and rice or a salad for most of my lunches, and I avoid soft drinks as much as possible.
