Joyce is the deputy picture editor at The Straits Times, where she has worked since 1999. Her passion for photography began when an issue of National Geographic sparked an interest in visual storytelling. She enjoys uncovering the extraordinary in the everyday through photography and believes that images have the ability to create change, inspire and leave a lasting impact.
