Lamp posts and other fixtures along Lim Chu Kang Road, such as this bus stop, have been temporarily removed to turn the 2.5km stretch into a runway for the Republic of Singapore Air Force's Exercise Torrent this weekend. Taking their place is equipment such as a mobile air traffic control tower and portable airfield lights.
