She knocks on doors regularly to check in on seniors

Rasul Fathima Ahmad, 53, is a volunteer (Silver Generation Ambassador) with the Fernvale division. She is a keen learner and always looking for development opportunities, including Mandarin lessons to improve her ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking seniors in her area. She us also attending a para-counselling course to help her conduct her engagements more effectively.

She was able to proactively help a senior with their Senior Support, navigating the conversations with CPF with them and supporting the senior through to a resolution in their case. The senior was very thankful for her help, as it made a real difference.

She also volunteers in other areas:
- food distribution at the mosque

She has received several awards in recognition of her efforts:
- SGA Exemplary Award 2023
- SGA Service Award (Bronze)
