South-east Asia's first official Pokemon-themed run to be held Jan 14 at Marina Bay

SINGAPORE - The Promontory @ Marina Bay will play host to South-east Asia's first official Pokemon-themed fun run next year.

Organised by Avex Asia and Infinitus Productions, the 2017 Pokemon Run Singapore will be held on Jan 14. It is open to participants aged four and above and runners can register, individually or in a pairs.

There will also be a carnival site, Pallet Town, at the end of the 5km run.

It will feature a variety of activities including Pokemon-themed games and gourmet delights for participants to enjoy.

Registration starts from Friday (Oct 28) and fees are $70 (individual) and $65 (each person in a pair) and includes an official event T-shirt and other exclusive items available only at the event.
