Personal Best: A runner's guide to being the best you can be, was first published in September 2014 in The Straits Times Star E-books app. The e-book, launched in conjunction with the 2014 edition of The Straits Times Run at the Hub race, provides 10 types of tips for a runner to run a good race.
The tips come from top runners, coaches and fitness experts in Singapore, such as SEA Games men’s marathon gold medallist Mok Ying Ren, top female marathoner Anne Qi, and national distance running head coach Ghana Segaran.
The Straits Times is now releasing a PDF version of the e-book on the ST website.
