Cheang, who helps out in his parents' carrot cake stall, is driven by his pro gaming dream

Being a professional gamer may sound like a dream to many, but for Alex "falfalfal" Cheang, chasing that goal entails burning the candle at both ends.
By day, the 25-year-old works at the carrot cake stall his parents run at Ghim Moh Market and Food Centre. He wakes up at 5.15am to head to the stall where he fries carrot cake and tends to customers among many things till about 2pm, before heading home to catch up on a few hours of sleep and have his dinner.
