* The Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority of Singapore (AVA) is looking into a case of alleged animal abuse after video of a man kicking and lifting a dog by its leash surfaced on Facebook this morning.

* Electronic Road Pricing at 23 gantries along selected roads and expressways will be reduced while Vehicle Entry Permit operating hours will be shortened for the upcoming June school holidays, said the Land Traffic Authority.

* Singapore Post and The National Heritage Board will be releasing a new stamp collection called Myths and Legends on Wednesday (May 25).
