French experts examine plane part for link to MH370

Aviation experts at a defence ministry facility in Toulouse, France, will begin examining a piece of aeroplane debris found on La Reunion Island to determine whether it comes from the missing Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370. The flaperon has already been confirmed as coming from a Boeing 777. If the serial number on the flaperon confirms that it is from the ill-fated passenger jet, which disappeared in March last year, the laboratory will use sophisticated tools to glean more information about the cause of the crash.
