Employers can now halve the time it takes to screen job applicants and access a wider pool of potential candidates, thanks to new features on the MyCareersFuture.sg portal.
Another new feature recommends other candidates whose skills match the job description posted even if they have not applied for that particular post, so long as they indicate that they are open to other career opportunities.
