One of the biggest corporate culprits behind the 2015 haze has been endorsed by the Singapore Environment Council (SEC), almost four years after its products were blacklisted here.

Asia Pulp and Paper (APP) should soon find it easier to sell items such as Livi tissue and toilet paper again, now that it has secured the SEC's enhanced Singapore Green Label Scheme certification.
