SINGAPORE - Two more men were charged in court on Wednesday (March 15) with the murder that took place at St James Power Station on Sunday.

They are Muhammad Hisham Hassan, 27 and Muhammad Khalid Kamarudin, 21. Both are represented by lawyer K. Jayakumar.

The first man to be hauled to court, Shawalludin Sa'adon, 26, was charged on Tuesday with committing the offence. He is a part-time waiter at Postbar, one of the bars at the nightspot.

A fourth man, Muhammad Faizal Jamal, 22, was named in court documents and he is still under investigation.

The men are accused of killing Mr Satheesh Kumar Manogaran, 35, at the Sentosa Gateway entertainment venue between 5.45am and 6am on Sunday.

Police released a statement on Tuesday saying they arrested Shawalludin on Sunday itself.

They later established the identities of the three other men involved and nabbed them in an operation the next day.

Preliminary police investigations showed the attack took place following a dispute between Mr Satheesh Kumar and a staff member at Postbar.

Court documents and the police statement did not disclose the identity of this staff member.

All three suspects are in remand at Central Police Division and will appear in court again on March 21.
