An International Judge of the Singapore International Commercial Court (SICC) resigned on Monday in the wake of an Australian court inquiry which found that he had harassed six former staff members who were Judges' Associates in Australia.
Mr Dyson Heydon, 77, who was first appointed to the SICC in January 2015, had been on leave from the SICC since April 15 last year. The SICC is a division of the Singapore High Court and part of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
