SINGAPORE - Train service between Joo Koon and Boon Lay stations has resumed, SMRT said on Monday afternoon (May 2).
There was no train service between Joo Koon and Boon Lay stations on the East-West Line for about 50 minutes.
The transport operator tweeted at about 3.45pm: "Due to a train fault, there is no train service between #JooKoon and #BoonLay in both bounds. Expected resumption time will be 4.05pm."
Then it announced again, clarifying that service would resume at 4.30pm.
Free regular bus service was provided.
