President Halimah Yacob will deliver her inaugural address at the opening of the second session of the 13th Parliament on May 7 at 8.30pm.
The House was prorogued, or closed, midway through the Government's term, on April 3. The recess is a time for the Government to take stock of its work and map out the agenda and policies for the remaining years of its term.
