SINGAPORE - Michael Learns to Rock, Denmark's biggest pop-rock band, will be coming to Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Manila as part of its Eternal Asia Tour 2017.

The trio of Jascha Richter, Mikkel Lentz, and Kåre Wanscher will be performing in Manila's KIA Theatre in Cubao, Quezon City on Aug 31, before taking their act to the Singapore Indoor Stadium and Resorts World Genting, Malaysia on Sept 2 and Sept 3, respectively.

"We are excited to be headlining Michael Learns to Rock's return tour to Asia. This marks the first Western act we are promoting in multiple markets since our listing. We will continue to work hard to bring similar shows to excite audiences in these regional markets," said Mr Leslie Ong, executive director and CEO of UnUsUaL in a statement to the Singapore Exchange.

The tour of the group, whose song the "Take Me To Your Heart" was awarded the most downloaded single in 2006, is being brought in by UnUsUaL Entertainment, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Catalist-listed UnUsUaL.

Since their debut album in 1991, Michael Learns to Rock has released multiple hit singles with global record sales of over 11 million physical albums.
