For a concert and theatre junkie like me, the last 1½ months have been depressing.

Live performances have been called off left, right and centre. My evenings, usually spent taking in electrifying dance extravaganzas or listening to sonorous ballads with soul-piercing high notes, are now spent in front of the television set at home.
