SINGAPORE - It is obvious what inspired the name Vue for the restaurant on the 19th-floor penthouse of OUE Bayfront. A panoramic vista of Marina Bay greets diners when they step into the Western grill which opened on Oct 21, replacing Me @ OUE that closed down last year.
They will also find two familiar faces from the previous venture. Mr Benedict Tan continues to run the front of house as general manager, while chef Sam Chin returns to helm the kitchen.
