Mandopop singer Wang Leehom announced the birth of his second child on Friday (Oct 7).

Wang, 40, and wife Li Jinglei married in 2013. They have a daughter, who is 2 1/2 years old.

Li gave birth in the United States, Next Magazine reported.

"Mom and Baby are both doing well. We're so happy, excited, and grateful to announce the arrival of our baby daughter Jiana Wang into this world!" Wang wrote on Facebook on Friday.

He also said in Mandarin: "Wang Jiana baby, welcome to our lovely world. We have experienced life's miracle once again."

He also posted a photo of Li holding the newborn.

Jiana's tiny fingers were wrapped around one of Wang's index fingers.
