Opposition helped speak up for silent minority

There has been a lot of praise for the elected incumbent.

But we must also thank all the other parties for their bravery in participating and stepping up against all odds (with their limited resources) and speaking up for the silent minority and/or neutral majority.

They have helped, in some ways, to make the elected aware of the grievances faced by people who are either too shy to speak up or too indifferent about matters.

In this respect, they have succeeded, even without going into Parliament.

They should not disband, as they have managed to arouse the dormant complacent spirit in some of us at their rallies.

They have played a major role in upholding one of our nation's principles, democracy. Thanks to all, democracy is the outright winner.
