SINGAPORE - Singapore shares opened higher on Friday (April 15), with the benchmark Straits Times Index at 2,919.71 in early trade, up 0.20 per cent, or 5.78 points.
Around 62.9 million shares exchanged hands.
Gainers beat losers 62 to 43.
