In Pictures: Tianjin port city shaken by massive blasts
A series of explosions rocked the Chinese city of Tianjin on Wednesday night, killing at least 105 people and injuring more than 500. The blasts were so massive that they could be seen by satellites in space, damaged vast areas of the Tianjin port, 10th largest in the world, and shattered windows of homes kilometres away. Shipping containers were tossed around like match sticks, hundreds of new cars were torched and port buildings left as burnt-out shells.
