After 30 years in Beijing, S’porean interior designer Patrick Tay turns dessert hawker in Chinatown

After spending years abroad in Beijing, Singaporean interior designer Patrick Tay now runs hawker stall Tuan Tuan Yuan Yuan in Chinatown Complex selling desserts like Cheng Tng, Yuzu Ice and Mango Sago.  His daughter, Nichole Tay, 28, founder of storytelling social app Phases currently helps out at the stall.
