Ms Soh Ray Chel, 23, Year 2 undergraduate in Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Design Practice, with two out of six pieces of her The Veil of Two collection, inside a sewing studio in 
NAFA Campus 2 on Sept 16, 2025. 

NAFA Student Soh Ray Chel, who first experimented with fabrics on Barbie dolls, is now an award-winning fashion designer whose works have been featured at the National Day Parade and Laos Fashion Week.

Pegged to the Ngee Ann Kongsi Scholarship, which will support 10 outstanding students each year, with each receiving $10,000 annually, starting from AY2026/27.
