SINGAPORE - In 2018, I wrote an article for the Straits Times. It was titled Heatwaves: A Sign Of Things To Come?.
I could not imagine that just four years later, I would be living in a world where more than 100 million people in the United States are facing excessive heat conditions, and where temperature records in England are being smashed by the ongoing heat wave.
