A new strain of the coronavirus is spreading "out of control" in Britain, said the country's Health Secretary Matt Hancock, suggesting that parts of England may have to stay under harsh restrictions until a vaccine is rolled out. Several European nations, including Belgium, Germany and Italy, have placed new restrictions on travel to and from Britain due to the new threat.
