Singapore residents who repeatedly feed wildlife illegally to face jail, stiffer fines

It just got expensive for people who insist on feeding pigeons.  Under the enhanced penalties, maximum fines will double from $5,000 to $10,000 for first timers. Repeat offenders can be fined up to $20,000 or even jailed.
