德国金融服务巨头安联（Allianz）计划收购英康保险（Income Insurance）至少51%的股份，交易金额约为15亿欧元（22亿新元）。安联于星期三（7月17日）下午发布文告宣布这个消息，收购价格为每股40.58元。这个价格显著高于之前在私人证券交易所的成交价19元。
