Sports Hub's PPP model is still viable with shift in mindset and better alignment of objectives, say industry insiders

SINGAPORE - Despite a spate of high-profile issues in recent years, the public-private partnership (PPP) between the Singapore Sports Hub and the Singapore Government can still work; but only if a shift in mindset, and a better aligning of goals and expectations between the two parties, occurs.

That is the view of industry insiders The Straits Times spoke to, following the unexpected resignation of Sports Hub chief executive officer Oon Jin Teik on Monday (Jan 28).
