Lawyers say American lover of doctor in HIV Registry leak case not subject of arrest warrant nor facing OSA charges

Media reports of American Mikhy Farrera Brochez's arrest in the United States for criminal trespass have cleared the first hurdle for the Singapore authorities - they now know his whereabouts.

But a tricky process lies ahead in seeking his return to Singapore to help in the probe on the HIV Registry data leak saga, said lawyers interviewed by The Straits Times.
