Media reports of American Mikhy Farrera Brochez's arrest in the United States for criminal trespass have cleared the first hurdle for the Singapore authorities - they now know his whereabouts.
But a tricky process lies ahead in seeking his return to Singapore to help in the probe on the HIV Registry data leak saga, said lawyers interviewed by The Straits Times.
