SINGAPORE - More than 300 personal mobility device (PMD) riders and cyclists were caught riding in void decks and other common areas of Housing Board blocks in September, the first month of the new ban kicking in.

All of them were warned and none were fined, according to statistics obtained by The Straits Times from the 15 town councils run by the People's Action Party.
