SINGAPORE - The River Valley High School (RVHS) incident last Monday (July 19) was a "wake-up call" for Ms Sarah Mahat.

One of her four daughters is a year younger than the 13-year-old victim, while another is a year younger than the 16-year-old alleged perpetrator.
