SINGAPORE - The resumption of the nightlife sector on April 19 will be a major step towards Singapore's full reopening and living with endemic Covid-19.

After a two-year halt due to the pandemic, the sector that had agonised over being on its last legs was finally given its much-awaited reprieve when its reopening was announced on April 4, after a slew of other Covid-19 measures were earlier eased.
