40% disability employment rate may be ambitious but can spark change

SINGAPORE - For the first time, the Enabling Masterplan - a road map for disability inclusion - has set out clear and specific targets that it intends to reach by 2030.
Among them is the goal to have 40 per cent of people with disabilities employed by 2030, up from 30.1 per cent now.
