When polytechnic student Audric Jan Marcus Mudjadi was 13, he was overweight and wanted to improve the way he looked. He became motivated after he saw posts on Instagram by fitness influencers.

One of the first things he did was to start working out at his neighbourhood and school fitness corners, doing calisthenics exercises such as push-ups, chin-ups and pull-ups. He also started running and soon became fitter.
