SINGAPORE – Around 5am every morning, Ms Madelyn Yeo begins a three-hour workout in her parents’ HDB flat in Clementi.
The 34-year-old starts with high-intensity interval training using only bodyweight exercises; then lifts weights; and finally sweats it out on a vertical climber powered by her movements, not by electricity.
