SINGAPORE – Accolades, awards, stars – these restaurants have them. And now, Fat Cow, Restaurant Zen, Thevar and Meta Restaurant are sprouting casual offshoots.

Investment company Commonwealth Capital, which is behind Fat Cow, the fine-dining wagyu restaurant in Camden Medical Centre, has opened Miyoshi by Fat Cow on Sentosa. It serves ramen, teppanyaki and sushi, among other offerings.
