SINGAPORE - Five years ago, Mr Jerry Leong tried yoga for the first time. He fell in love with it at the first lesson and began attending yoga classes five to six times a week.
"When you are on the mat, you focus on the teacher's voice and cue, and become aware of your breathing pattern. It requires your mind and body to concentrate," says the 36-year-old finance executive.
