We thank Mr Sean Goh for his feedback (Non-English option not available on new ATM machines; Forum Online, May 15) and have since contacted him.
We hear his concerns and plan to upgrade the screens of the ATMs in question by the end of next month, as these are running on our old interface.
The new screens - which have been implemented at most of our ATMs - have language options which are prominently displayed, so customers can choose to bank in Chinese, English, Malay or Tamil.
By October, customers will be able to easily access multi-language options at all of our ATMs.
