Kenneth is newsroom development editor at The Straits Times, where he focuses on developing its people. His work spans leadership and career development, coaching, staff well-being, supporting managers, and strengthening culture and trust across the newsroom. He previously oversaw ST’s Singapore transport coverage. Kenneth began his journalism career at Today, where he was a reporter and later an editor. He also spent time in the tech sector at Grab, where he relaunched and managed a food news website. Away from work, Kenneth is an aviation enthusiast who is happiest on board an aircraft.
